How much does it cost?
A fee of £3.95 per parcel is deducted from your refund to cover return postage. This doesn't apply to exchanges, or to faulty or incorrect items.
How long does it take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, plus up to 5 days for it to appear in your account.
Can I exchange instead?
Yes — tell us the size or colour you'd like in your return email and we'll send it out free of charge, subject to stock availability.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we'll arrange a free return and a full refund, exchange or replacement.
Cancelling Your Order
If you're a UK or EEA customer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel simply because you've changed your mind. This is separate from — and in addition to — our standard 21-day returns window.
