Yes — you have 21 days from delivery to return your order, on top of your 14-day statutory cancellation right. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Email returns@marvelle.com with your order number to start the process. A £3.95 per-parcel return fee is deducted from your refund.

Yes — if you'd like a different size or colour, email returns@marvelle.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and the size or colour you'd like instead. Once we receive your original item back in its original condition, we'll dispatch your exchange free of charge, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we'll offer a refund instead.

Email our team at returns@marvelle.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, then post the original item back to us. Unlike refunds, exchanges aren't subject to the £3.95 return fee. Once we receive it, your replacement is sent out at no extra cost.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days, plus up to 5 days for it to appear in your account depending on your bank.

You can update your saved addresses any time under My Account > Addresses. This won't change an address on an order you've already placed — contact us if you need to update one that hasn't shipped yet.

We don't store your card details ourselves — they're handled securely by our payment provider at checkout. Simply enter your new details the next time you pay.
