Once you receive your dispatch email, your order is on its way — use the tracking link in that email to follow its progress.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our team. After that, your order will already be processed and prepared for shipping.

Why is my order late?

Most deliveries arrive within the estimated window, but on rare occasions delays happen due to circumstances outside our control. If your delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.

I received a faulty or incorrect item
