Changed your mind, or need a different size? Starting a return with Marvelle is simple — just follow the steps below.
Before You Start
- Have your order number and the email address used at checkout ready.
- Returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
How to Start Your Return
Email us
Write to returns@marvelle.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Get your instructions
We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions.
Pack it securely
No original packaging needed — just something sealable and waterproof.
Post it back
Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
A return fee of £3.95 per parcel is deducted from refunds to cover return postage. This fee doesn't apply to exchanges, or to faulty or incorrect items.
Prefer an Exchange?
Let us know in your email which size or colour you'd like instead — once we receive your original item back in good condition, we'll send your exchange out free of charge, subject to stock availability.
